Privacy. What we keep, and why.

This page covers what ABSee collects when you sign in and use it, and why. Last updated 29 September 2026.

Who we are

ABSee (absee.it) is run by Romestraat Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16342990), registered office c/o The Accountancy Partnership, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN, United Kingdom. We are responsible for your personal data under UK and EU data protection law. Contact us at hello@absee.it.

What we collect

We don't see your conversations with your assistant beyond what it sends to ABSee, and we never see your password.

Why we use it

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run ABSee for us, under contracts that require them to protect it: hosting, database and sign-in providers, an AI processing provider, and Google if you choose to sign in with Google. Some of them process data outside the UK and EU; where they do, the transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account or workspace is open. When you close it or ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to send it to you in a portable format, or to stop using it for our legitimate interests. Write to hello@absee.it; we reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above, and tell account holders about significant changes.
